At Pee Safe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached; our team will verify the condition upon arrival.

  Package & Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided to drop off the parcel at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
